Michael Outlaw - President 

As Co-Founder and President, Michael is the senior executive overseeing all aspects of GEC, to include management of the estimating department, collaboration with his project management team, marketing efforts, customer and vendor relations, and staffing.  Along with maintaining peak profitability, Michael handles contract procurement, labor scheduling, material acquisition, all while keeping every project on time and on budget.

Michael has been in the electrical field for over 30 years, during which time he earned a certification in domestic refrigeration/air conditioning, completed the IBEW Apprenticeship, earned a professional electricians certification, and received a certificate in asbestos abatement. He has been in a leadership role with various contractors in the mid-west and southwest. Michael has worked in all phases of the electrical field, with a special emphasis on rehabilitation work.

 

Max Debber - Estimator and IT Specialist

Max began his career in electrical estimating in 2007, providing estimating and customer service support for various contracts throughout the greater Arizona region.

Max holds two bachelors degrees. His first is in communications with an emphasis in broadcast production, which he earned at Northern Arizona University. After graduation, he spent ten years in various management positions throughout the greater Phoenix area. His second degree is in technical management with an emphasis in software engineering; he graduated with honors from DeVry University.

 

Jackie Reidhead - Chief Financial Officer

Moving to Arizona from Pennsylvania, Jackie started her love for construction at an electric utility company working in the power plant start-up and testing department. From there, she worked as an office manager for a minority general contractor for over 20 years.

Jackie brings 30 years of construction industry experience to GEC with extensive experience working with Federal, State, County, and City Governments along with Native American Tribal Governments.
